Helping Recruiters Understand You Are Contributing to Hospital Success

As a nurse, you must engage and not solely to connect with patients and support a positive patient-nurse dynamic, but because patients remember how they felt under your care and will share that with future patients.

Here are a few questions you should ask yourself and answer on your nursing resume, especially if you are are a leader in healthcare

How have you improved facility services within limited budgets?

Are your teams engaged and patient-centered and how has that impacted patient surveys?

As a direct-patient care RN (floor RN) have you demonstrated that you go above and beyond to pitch in within limited resources? How so?

You see, beyond the implementation of first-rate nursing care, you must promise an ROI (return on investment) to your employer.

Now, more than ever, you must showcase your understanding that healthcare is evolving and is a critical driver of our economy.

Marketing your capabilities in this manner will help you attract nursing interviews to top opportunities.
